Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Appiness.

Use of the app

Appiness is provided for personal audio creation, sound exploration, sound design, meditation, relaxation, performance and creative use. You agree not to use Appiness in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others.

Subscriptions

Access to the full app requires an active subscription. Appiness may offer monthly and annual subscription options. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings before the end of the current billing period.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds and billing are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Testing builds

Authorized testing builds, such as beta or review builds, may provide temporary access for validation before release.

Audio content

The Appiness sound library is provided for creative use within Appiness. Library sounds are intended to be usable in your creative soundscapes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any audio content, including imported files, complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

User-imported content

You are responsible for any sounds, recordings, artwork or metadata you import into Appiness. You should only import content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to use.

No medical advice

Appiness is a creative audio tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any condition.

Apple standard EULA

Where applicable, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of Appiness.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when Appiness changes. The updated version will be published on this page.
